Instructions

Add mayonnaise and yogurt to a bowl and mix with a spoon. Set aside.

Cut a quarter red cabbage into thin slices.

Peel the carrot and shred into thin strips.

Lastly, wash the apple and thinly slice it.

Add the cabbage, carrot, and apple into a bowl. Add the yogurt and mayonnaise mixture you had set aside and mix well.

Tips & Tricks

You can add a handful of hazelnuts or walnuts to the salad and it will taste even better.

If your carrot is small, don't hesitate to add one more to the salad. You can do the same for the apple.
