Instructions

1
Boil a cup of water with salt and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Before it begins to boil, add the cup of couscous and turn off the heat. Let it stand until the couscous is hydrated and fluffy. Stir occasionally.
2
Cut the onion and red cabbage into long strips. Peel and grate the carrot.
3
In a pan or skillet add a pinch of salt and sauté the vegetables you've just cut. Sauté over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Once you've reached the halfway point, add the raisins and a pinch of salt and the cumin powder.
4
Place the couscous in a bowl, add the sautéed vegetables and gently stir so that all of the ingredients are mixed well together. Serve and enjoy!
