flour tortilla

olive oil

Instructions

Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.

In a pan, add a bit of oil, and fry a clove of garlic.

After 2 minutes, on medium heat, add in the broccoli florets and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle on a pinch of salt.

Drain the corn and the tuna.

In another pan, warm the tortillas. Begin by filling them with broccoli, then add some corn on top and to finish, add the tuna. Enjoy!
