Instructions

Fill a pan with water, add a little salt, and bring to a boil. Add the macaroni. Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.

Peel and mince the garlic and onion. Heat oil in a skillet and lightly fry the garlic. After a couple of minutes, add the onion and cook with the garlic.

Crumble the ground meat on a plate and season with a little salt and pepper.

When the onion in the skillet is soft, add the ground meat. Cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes and add the white wine. When the alcohol evaporates, add the tomato sauce and let cook, about 10 minutes. Check the seasoning and adjust with salt if necessary.

Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and mix well. Transfer the contents of the skillet to an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle a little cheese over everything and place on the top shelf of the oven heated to 400ºF, on the broiler setting, for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Then take out and serve immediately.
