Chicken, Bacon, and Mushrooms

Fry the bacon slices in a skillet without any oil. Once cooked, drain off as much fat as possible on paper towels.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients: Slice the onion and the mushrooms. Cut the chicken into fillets or dice, whatever you prefer.

Use paper towel to wipe off all the bacon fat from the skillet . Then add a little olive oil to the clean pan and heat. Add the onion and the mushrooms and fry over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring often. Then cut up the bacon slices any way you like and add. Also mix in the cream, salt, and pepper, and let cook over low to medium heat.

In the meantime, put a little olive oil into another skillet and fry the chicken.

Once the chicken is cooked, add to the other skillet and cook with the other ingredients for 10 minutes. Now your meal is ready to serve. If you prefer less liquid, let cook for several more minutes so that the heat thickens the sauce.
