Wash the zucchini. Chop up the zucchini and onion using the food processor.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet. Then lightly fry the zucchini and onion over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.

Next, add the cream, season with a little salt, and cook for 5 minutes. The liquid will gradually reduce and the sauce will thicken. If you want a thicker sauce, let reduce to the desired consistency.

While the sauce is cooking, cut the chicken breast horizontally into several cutlets or pieces. Heat a little olive oil in another skillet and lightly fry the chicken, seasoning with a little salt.

Transfer the cutlets to the skillet with the sauce. Stir to incorporate and serve on a plate.
