Cut the chicken into filets. Cook these filets in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil for several minutes on each side until browned on the outside and cooked through. Remove from the pan.

Finely chop the garlic and onion.

Using the same pan you used for the chicken, sauté the onion with a bit of oil for 10 minutes on medium-low heat until it becomes transparent. In the last few minutes, add the garlic and cook until it's a bit toasted.

Add the crumbled goat cheese and pepper, a bit of milk, and cook for several minutes until it melts and combines with the onion and garlic.

Pour the sauce on the chicken filets.
Tips & Tricks
You can sauté the chicken with a bit of garlic powder and black pepper to give the dish more flavor.
If the goat cheese is too intense in flavor for you, you can substitute it for a softer cheese or use a mixture of cheeses
