Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on the maximum setting.

Serve in a bowl with dehydrated or fresh fruits.
Tips & Tricks
It's better to use frozen bananas in order to get a creamier consistency. If you don't have any available you can use a fresh banana and just add some ice cubes.
If you would like your smoothie to be more liquid then you can add more milk, but if you want it creamier then add more oats.
We accompanied this smoothie bowl with bananas, strawberries, dehydrated coconut, and chocolate chips. Yum!
