Instructions

Finely dice the garlic, onion, bell pepper, and piece of fresh ginger (if you don't have any you can use ground ginger).

Add some oil to a pan and cook the vegetables you have just cut.

Add the cooked garbanzos and mix.

Add the spices (ground cumin, turmeric, and pepper). Cook for 30 seconds and then add the crushed tomato. Add some salt and cook on medium heat for several minutes.

Add the peanut butter, mix, and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium-low heat until the sauce thickens.

Serve the cooked rice with the creamy garbanzos on top.
