Instructions

Carefully wash and cut the zucchini into pieces of the desired size.

Heat a little oil in a skillet. Add the zucchini and season with a pinch of salt. Lightly fry for 2–3 minutes over medium heat, stirring often to cook evenly and keep from burning.

Add the tomato sauce to the skillet. Mix well, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream until fully incorporated. Cook for 3 more minutes.

Finally, add the cheese and let melt. Serve in the skillet.

Tips & Tricks

We recommend Gruyere cheese, but you can use any cheese you have in your fridge: Parmesan, cheddar, etc.
