Full Breakfast of Tomato and Fresh Cheese Toast, Fruit, and Yogurt
“Tomato and fresh cheese! A wonderfully delicious combination for nutritious toast. Accompany it with some yogurt with banana and a coffee with milk. Combine all of these things and you'll have a full breakfast!”
1 3/4 cups
whole wheat bread
Toast the bread in your toaster.
Cut the fresh cheese and tomato into slices (3 slices per toast) and place on each slice of toast. Sprinkle a pinch of oregano on top of each.
Prepare the coffee and serve in two mugs, each with half of the amount of milk indicated.
Cut the banana and add to the yogurt.
Serve the breakfast and enjoy!
