Instructions

Begin by cutting the onion into small pieces.

Pour the olive oil into a large skillet and sauté the onion over medium heat, pushing them to the side to make room for the eggs.

Begin cooking the eggs, flipping the eggs over once the yolk starts to become firm.

After flipping, place the spinach on the side with the onions, allowing it to wilt.

Once the eggs and vegetables are cooked, assemble the wrap. Place the wraps on plates and begin layering, eggs, then veggies, then cheese and sprinkle the wrap with the Italian seasoning and torn basil.

Serve with spaghetti sauce for dipping.

Feel free to have fun with the veggies and cheese here! Feta cheese, bell peppers, or even tomatoes would also be delicious!
