Wash the bell pepper and zucchini. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the zucchini into small cubes. Chop 1/2 onion and a clove of garlic.
3
In a large pan, add some olive oil. When it is hot, lightly fry the the clove of garlic over medium heat, taking care not to burn it. Add salt and pepper to the ground beef before adding it to the pan. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and set the meat aside.

Using the same pan, add more olive oil and cook the onion for several minutes over medium heat. Add the bell pepper strips and the zucchini. Add a touch of salt. Cook the vegetables over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, until they are tender.
5
When the vegetables are cooked, add the ground beef and mix the ingredients together.
6
Add the macaroni to the pan and stir until all of the ingredients are mixed well together. Remove from the heat and serve.
Tips & Tricks
If you have white wine, we suggest you add a drizzle to the vegetables and ground beef. Cook it all together until the alcohol evaporates. This will give it even better flavor.
