Instructions

Boil water in a pot. Once boiling add the macaroni and some salt. Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the instructions.

While the pasta is cooking prepare the vegetables. Finely chop the garlic clove. Wash, peel, and finely slice the carrot. Wash the zucchini and slice it. Lastly, wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them.

Drizzle some olive oil into a large pan. When the oil becomes hot add the chopped garlic and the carrot slices. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

After the 5 minutes have passed add the zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes with the other vegetables. Next, add the cherry tomatoes and some salt. After a couple of minutes, add the macaroni pasta to the pan and mix. Serve and enjoy!
