Macaroni with Chickpeas, Carrot, and Mushrooms

Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Then add the macaroni. Cook for the time shown on the package.
Prepare the other ingredients as follows. Peel and dice the carrots. Wash and cut the mushrooms into small pieces or slices. Dice the onion.
Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onion and lightly fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes, stirring often.
Next, add the carrot, mushrooms and salt to the skillet and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
Add the chickpeas and cook with the vegetables for 3 minutes more, continuing to stir.
Transfer the macaroni into the skillet and mix well letting the flavors of the different ingredients blend well. After 2 minutes, turn off the heat and serve. And enjoy your delicious pasta dish!
