Instructions

Put water to boil in a pot. Once it boils add some salt and place the eggs in to cook for 10-12 minutes. After this time, remove the eggs and place in an ice bath. Remove the shell and halve each egg.While the eggs are cooking prepare the salad.

Drain the lentils from their container.

Wash and dice the tomato. Peel and thinly slice the carrot. Wash the lettuce.

In a bowl add the lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and lentils. Place the hard-boiled eggs on top and dress the salad with oil, vinegar, and salt.
Tips & Tricks
You can accompany the salad with some bread, croutons, etc.
