Oat and Zucchini Hamburger Patties

Wash and chop half a zucchini into small cubes, finely chop half an onion, and half clove of garlic. You can use a food processor if you have one, or use a knife.

Add the chopped vegetables into a bowl. Add the oats, the grated bread, and several pinches of salt and pepper. Gently stir and add the tablespoons of water. Mix everything until you get a mixture that is easy to shape. Using little force, shape the mixture into 3 or 4 big balls, pressing a little to get a considerable hamburger shape. You can also make smaller balls to make mini hamburgers.

Add oil to a pan and fry the patties when it is hot.
