Oatmeal and Carrot Patties

Instructions

Peel and grate the carrot. Mince the garlic and parsley. Mince or grate the onion.

Combine the oatmeal, breadcrumbs, carrot, onion, garlic, and parsley in a bowl. Stir gently, then add the water and soy sauce. Mix gently until you obtain a mixture that is easy to shape (add a little more water if needed).

Shape the mixture into patties.

Fry the patties in a skillet with hot oil and drain off the oil on paper towels. Serve.
Tips & Tricks
We don't include salt in this recipe because the flavor from the soy sauce and the other ingredients is sufficient.
