Instructions

Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Add a little pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain and let cool.

Drain the tuna from the cans and set aside.

Wash and dice the cucumber. Chop the onion into small pieces.

Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and cut into strips.

In a salad bowl or dish, mix the pasta with the tuna, cucumber, onion, and tomato slices Mix well.

In a small bowl, mix a little olive oil with the juice of 1 lemon and season with a little salt and pepper. Stir and pour the dressing on the salad.
Tips & Tricks
For this recipe we’ve used orzo. Orzo is a pasta shaped like grains of rice, just a little bigger. It is very popular in some countries. It’s great to use because it cooks in just 4 minutes in boiling water. This makes it a fabulous option when you’re short on time
Why not give your salad a refreshing tang and sprinkle a few chopped cilantro leaves on top?
We used red onion, but you can use any variety of onion that you have at home. Whatever you use is sure to be delicious.
