Instructions

In a pan with little oil, cook the salmon fillets. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Once they are cooked, remove them from the pan and cut them into medium size cubes on a cutting board.

Chop the onion and zucchini. Slice the red and green bell pepper into strips.

Using the same pan you used to cook the salmon, sauté the vegetables over medium heat with a little soy sauce.

After about 6-8 minutes, add the salmon cubes you had set aside and gently mix the vegetables with the salmon. After everything is mixed well, serve.
