
Sautéed Loin of Beef with Vegetables

Instructions

Mince the garlic and onion.

Wash the vegetables. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Cut up the asparagus spears. Cut the beef loin steaks into thin strips.

Put oil into a skillet and heat. Add the garlic and onion.

Lightly fry for 2–3 minutes, stirring often, then add the meat. Let cook for 3 more minutes.

Add the broccoli and cauliflower and the asparagus to the skillet. Fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Pour in the soy sauce and season with a pinch of salt. Cook everything for 10–13 minutes.

Serve.
