Spaghetti with Bell Peppers

Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. When it comes to a boil, add the spaghetti and a pinch of salt. Cook for the time shown on the package.

In the meantime, peel and chop up the onion, garlic, and bell peppers into very small pieces.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and lightly fry the vegetables over medium heat for 5–6 minutes, stirring often. When you see that vegetables are starting to color and soften, add the spaghetti to the skillet and mix with the other ingredients.

And if you feel like it, add a few pinches of oregano before serving.
Tips & Tricks
If you want to increase the nutritional content, use whole-wheat pasta, which hascontains extra fiber.
And if you add a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese to the pasta, the dish will be super tasty.
