Wash the spinach leaves.

Cut the pineapple and banana into pieces.

Combine the spinach and chopped fruit in a blender or food processor. Add the almond milk, chia seeds, and, optionally, a little ground ginger. Blend for a few minutes until smooth and serve. So delicious!
Tips & Tricks
If the banana and pineapple are very ripe, you won’t need to add any sweetener. But if you think it needs a little sweetness, add a little of what you normally use.
You can replace the almond milk with what you normally use, whether cow’s milk, oat milk, coconut milk... whatever you feel like using.
Add half a teaspoon of ground ginger for added flavor.
