Spinach Rolls Stuffed with Avocado and Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the washed spinach in the blender with the yogurt, grated parmesan cheese, and salt. Blend and pour into a bowl.
Add the oat flour and mix.
Beat the egg whites until you reach peaks and then fold in the mixture.
Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet or dish. Distribute the batter evenly and bake for 10 minutes with the heat above and below.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Carefully roll on top of the same parchment paper used for baking. Leave it there until fully chilled.
