Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Remove the seeds from the dates and put them to soak for 5 minutes in hot water. After this time remove the dates from the water.

Place all of the ingredients from the recipe, except the chia seeds, into a blender. Blend well.

Once blended add the chia seeds to the dough along with the chocolate chips.

Make balls with your hands and lightly press them to make them flat. Place on a baking sheet that has a sheet of parchment paper on top. Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the cookies.
