Peel and cut the mango and tomato into small pieces. Dice the onion into medium sized cubes. Lastly, cut the avocado. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Squeeze a drizzle of lemon on top along with some oil and salt. Mix well.

Cook the salmon in a pan with a pinch of salt.

Place the mango salad on a plate with the avocado, salmon, and some cooked rice.
