Tips & Tricks

You can substitute the oil for water.

Take care not to burn the seeds when toasting to avoid a bitter taste.

To make a sweet dip, substitute the oil for honey and you will have a delicious spread to put on your toast.

If you'd like to add more flavor to your tahini, add a pinch of salt, chopped clove of garlic, and lemon juice. It goes great with your chicken, meats, salads and vegetables.
