Instructions

Preheat the oven to 360°F.

Beat the margarine in a bowl and add the sugar. Beat again until smooth.

Use a blender or food processor to blend the flax seeds with the plant-based milk. Let stand a few minutes (this mixture will replace eggs in this recipe). Next, add the mixture to the bowl containing the margarine together with the vanilla essence.

Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Mix well and gradually incorporate into the margarine mixture, stirring slowly and carefully with a spatula. Break up the chocolate and add. If the dough is too thick, stir in a little plant-based milk.

Arrange small portions of dough (each about one heaping tablespoon) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven, about 13 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool to harden.
