Zucchini Carpaccio with Smoked Salmon

Instructions

Wash the zucchini and slice as thin as possible. Next, spread them out on the serving dish you will use for the carpaccio.

Thinly slice the onion and spread on top of the zucchini.

Squeeze a bit of lemon and mix with the oil, salt, and pepper. Lightly brush or drizzle the oil and lemon juice on top. Let it stand for 10 minutes.

Slice the smoked salmon and place on top of the zucchini.

Lastly, add a handful of crushed olives on top. Ready!
