Instructions

Peel the zucchini and cut lengthwise into thick slices. Use a peeler to shave off strips from each slice to make tagliatelle-shaped noodles. Set aside for later.

Combine the walnuts, oil, sesame seeds, lemon juice, avocado, basil leaves, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

Mix the zucchini noodles with the sauce and serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can replace the walnuts with other nuts instead. Cashews are a great alternative, for example.
