Wash and chop up the lettuce into smallish pieces. Put into a salad bowl.

Wash and halve the grapes. Remove any seeds, and add to the bowl.

Cut open an avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and add into the salad.

Then chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the salad.

Dress with oil, vinegar, and salt. It’s so tasty.
Tips & Tricks
And if you want to add a final flourish, you can sprinkle a little cheese over the salad. Feta cheese, goat’s cheese, fresh cheese, and ricotta cheese go just great with this salad. So use whatever cheese you want.
