Cheese Roll with Bacon and Nuts

Fry the bacon slices in a pan.

Peel the pistachios and add to the food processor along with the dehydrated cranberries and bacon. Give the processor a few whirls until the ingredients shred.

Add the two cheeses and honey to the bowl and mix.

Add half of the nuts and chopped bacon to the cheese mix and use a spoon to mix well.

Put a piece of parchment paper on top of the countertop and place the cheese mix with nuts and bacon. Try to give it the form of a roll. You can use a spoon, a knife, or whatever you need that will make it easier. Roll it up with the paper and place in the freezer for approximately one hour.

After this time, unroll the roll from the paper and roll it up with the leftover nuts and bacon until both sides are covered.

Let it warm up a bit and serve as a spread, accompanied by some crackers.
