Instructions

Combine the chicken, garlic, serrano ham, and parsley in a food processor or blender and blend well. The mixture will be very compact.

Beat the egg and mix with the mixture you’ve just made. Use a fork to incorporates fully. Now shape into balls.

Dredge each ball in the breadcrumbs and fry in a skillet in very hot oil. Drain off the excess oil on paper towels and serve.
Tips & Tricks
These chicken balls go really well with a tasty sauce, even something as simple as thousand island dressing. To make, mix mayonnaise with a little ketchup. Stir well and it’s ready.
