Start by preparing the ingredients. Cut the cabbage in strips and wash under running water. Dry and set aside for later. Peel and grate the carrots. Mince the garlic. Drain the peas and rinse under running water.

Lay the chicken breast on a cutting board and cut into strips or bite-size cubes.

Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet. Add the chicken and lightly fry over medium heat, stirring often. When cooked through, transfer to a plate and set aside for later.

Add a little more oil to the same skillet and lightly fry the garlic, stirring often and taking care not to burn it. Then add the cabbage and carrot and fry over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, continuing to stir regularly.

Next, add the peas and cook together for a couple more minutes.

Add the chicken and soy sauce and stir to incorporate the flavors of the different ingredients. Cook everything for 3 more minutes, remove from the heat, and serve.
