Start by preparing the sauce that you will use to coat the salmon. In a bowl mix a tablespoon of mustard (we used dijon), one tablespoon of lemon juice, chopped garlic clove, 2 generous handfuls of chopped cilantro, half a teaspoon salt, and lastly, the olive oil. Mix very well.

Place the salmon in an oven safe dish. Cover the salmon with the sauce you have just made.

Bake at 400°F for approximately 15-20 minutes. After this time, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Tips & Tricks
You can use a mincer to help chop the garlic and cilantro, and to mix it all together.
If you don't like cilantro or you don't have any then you can substitute it for parsley. This recipe also tastes great with the parsley.
