Firstly, build up the base of the bowl. To do this, start by washing the blueberries and cutting up the pineapple. Combine the yogurt, a handful of blueberries, and the pineapple in a food processor or blender. Blend, then pour into a bowl.

Sprinkle the granola over the mixture.

Finally, wash the strawberries and cut into the desired pieces. Slice up the banana. Sprinkle grated coconut over the granola and top with the strawberries and banana. There you have it.

You can also add a teaspoon of honey to the bowl.
