Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Wash the mushrooms and slice or dice them into small pieces.

Slice the onion into strips.

Add oil to a pan and sauté the onion and mushrooms for 8-10 minutes. Add some salt.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cooked mushrooms and onions. Mix well.

Take out a cupcake mold or similar, and fill it with the mixture. Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until a knife or toothpick come out clean when you stick it in the middle.
Tips & Tricks
Remember to grease the mold before filling.
