Add milk, oats, and the frozen forest berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries) to the blender. Blend well.

Tips & Tricks
You can sweeten your smoothie by using banana, adding 1 tablespoon honey, stevia, brown sugar, or any other sweeteners you like. We suggest adding it before blending.
The quantity of each fruit can be modified to your preferences. The important thing is that you use about 2/3 cup of the fruits in your smoothie.
Once ready, we strained the smoothie to remove the seeds.
