Peel and chop the apple.

Combine the milk, rolled oats, chopped apple, cinnamon, and peanut butter in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve in a glass.
Tips & Tricks
For a vegan version, use plant-based milk. If you are lactose intolerant, you don’t have to miss out. Just use lactose-free milk.
