Preheat the oven to 360°F.

Cut the squash and apple into small dice.

Put the diced squash and apple into an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with oil and season with a little salt. Mix well. Cook in the oven for 30–40 minutes.

Roll out the puff pastry over a baking sheet. Cover with the cooked squash and apple pieces. Sprinkle with a little pepper and add bits of blue cheese all over the surface of the pastry.

Return to the oven for 20 more minutes. Take out and serve immediately.
