Scrambled Eggs with Cheese

Finely chop your onion and sauté in a pan with a little oil on low heat so that it doesn't burn.
While you're cooking the onion, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the shredded cheese in the bowl with the beaten eggs and mix well.
Pour the beaten eggs with cheese into the pan and cook them with the onion. With a wooden spoon, break up the eggs and stir them so they do not stick to the pan.
Toast the bread and put the cut avocado on top of each slice. Pair the toast with the scrambled egg and it's the perfect breakfast!
