Instructions

Cook the quinoa as specified the package.

Wash the spinach.

Chop the garlic, onion, and spinach in a food processor.

In a bowl, combine the mixture with the cooked quinoa, beaten egg, flour, and soy sauce. Mix well.

Use your hands to shape the mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and greased with a little oil so they don't stick.

Cook in the oven at 360°F for 20 minutes. Then remove and serve on plates.
Tips & Tricks
We used wheat flour, but you can use any kind of flour you want.
Fry them in a skillet with a little olive oil if you don’t have an oven.
