Tofu and Vegetable Hamburger Patties

Crumble the tofu completely and leave it in a colander to remove the water. You can gently press it with a spatula to accelerate the process.

Wash and peel the vegetables and finely chop them. Sauté them in a pan with a few drops of oil, until they are nice and golden brown. Let them cook for several minutes.

Completely grind the vegetables (you can use a fork, or a food processor) and mix with the crumbled tofu. Also, add the flour and mix well.

Make little balls with the mixture and gently press to make a round shape. You can cook them in a pan with little oil or bake them at 400°F for about 6 minutes on each side.
Tips & Tricks
Use whole wheat flour.
You can add more vegetables to this dish, for example: bell pepper, zucchini, etc. You can also add your own touch of spices.
