Instructions
1
Wash the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the carrots and potatoes and chop into small pieces. Lastly, finely chop the garlic cloves.
2
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large pan. When it's hot add the chopped garlic and lightly fry on medium heat for a minute.
3
Add the chopped turkey seasoned with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes. After this time remove and set aside.
4
Using the same pan add the carrots and potato. If you think the pan needs more oil, add some. Cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Cook until you see that they are practically done.
5
Add the broccoli florets to the pan and add a bit of salt to everything and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
6
Add the turkey back to the pan and cook with the vegetables for several minutes. Next, you can serve the dish.
Tips & Tricks
If you would like it to be saucier you can add about 1/2 cup of red wine or another liquid of your choice (soy sauce, etc.) in a bowl and mix with a tablespoon of cornstarch. Pour this mixture in the pan and with the heat it will thicken slowly and become a sauce.
