Grind the hazelnuts.

Combine in a food processor or blender with the other ingredients (except the milk and sugar) and blend until thick and smooth. Gradually blend in the milk until the spread has the desired consistency. Feel free to add more or less than the amount specified.

Next taste the spread. Add sugar or your favorite plant-based sweetener to taste.
