Instructions

Peel and grate the carrots and zucchini.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and cook the carrots and zucchini over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

Peel and mince the garlic. Mix with the yogurt and season with the salt.

Mince the mint leaves and mix with the vegetables and yogurt dressing.
