Apple, Chicken, and Walnut Sandwich

Dice the chicken or use your food processor to shred it.

Crush the walnuts using your hands and dice the apple into medium size pieces.

Add the yogurt, mustard, dash of salt, and the chopped cilantro into a bowl. Mix well.

Place the lettuce, chopped/shredded chicken, apple, and crushed walnuts into a large bowl. Cover the ingredients with the sauce you've just prepared and mix well.

Place this mixture on each slice of bread and close it with another. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
We used roasted chicken, but you can use fresh chicken breast and grill it in a pan or skillet with a bit of olive oil. Once it's cooked, shred it and use it in the recipe.
