Peel, core, and cut the apple into small dice.

Wash and cut the lettuce leaves into very thin strips.

Chop up the walnuts.

Put the cream cheese into a bowl and add the blue cheese and 1 tablespoon milk. Use a spatula or spoon to mix the ingredients until smooth.

Next, add the apple, walnuts, and lettuce. Mix well.

Toast the bread and assemble the sandwich with the filling.
Tips & Tricks
You can use a food chopper or food processor to mix the cheeses and chop the walnuts.You can also replace the milk with yogurt.
