Beef and Mushroom Cannelloni

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400˚F.

Add some salt and pepper to the ground beef and set aside.

Chop the onions and mushrooms into medium size pieces.

Drizzle some olive oil into a large pan and once it's hot add the onion and mushrooms. Cook on medium heat with a pinch of salt for 7-8 minutes until they are golden.

Add the already salt and peppered ground beef and cook together with the vegetables until there is no pink left in the meat.

Add half of the tomato sauce and 2 or 3 tablespoons of béchamel sauce and incorporate into the other ingredients.

With the help of a small spoon, fill each cannelloni with the mixture you have just prepared.

Spread some tomato sauce as a base in an oven-safe dish and then proceed to place the cannelloni on top. Pour more béchamel sauce on top and then more of the tomato sauce.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and place in the oven. Bake for around 20-30 minutes.
