Chia and Oats with Strawberries
“Breakfast? Check. Snack? Check. This recipe is very versatile and can be eaten during different hours of the day. It'll fill you with energy and you're going to enjoy it from the first bite to the very last.”
1 1/2 cups
Mix all of the ingredients with the exception of the jam and strawberries in a deep bowl.
Add a tablespoon of jam to a cup and add half of the oat mixture to it. Do the same with the rest of the mixture in another cup.
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Serve with some washed and sliced strawberries on top.

It is ideal that you make this recipe and leave it in your fridge all night.
